Classification quick-test

Five yes/no questions you run before every paste. If any of 1–4 is "yes" — pause.

1 Does the data contain a customer name, civil ID, or account number?
2 Does it identify a person — even indirectly, e.g. by department + amount + date?
3 Are there credentials, API keys, or passwords anywhere in this text?
4 Is this data subject to a legal hold, regulatory filing, or active investigation?
5 Would I shred this on paper without thinking about it?
2

Redaction move

Replace identity with placeholders. Keep the task; lose the person.

Your three reusable templates

The three PII-heavy tasks you do every week. For each: one redacted prompt template you can paste-and-modify next time.
